TruQuant SYBR Green Master Mix, 100 Rxn

TruQuant SYBR Green Master Mix is a 2X ready-to-use master mix designed for dye-based quantitative amplification of DNA targets from cDNA and gDNA templates by real-time PCR. It is compatible with challenging DNA templates and targets, including viral DNA, genomic DNA, and bacteria, and accommodates a wide range of primer melting temperatures from 55°C to 65°C. Combined with user-supplied primers and template, it is designed to amplify the target for precise gene expression analysis. This Master Mix delivers sensitive, stable, and reliable results with a long shelf life.
