Cell Freezing Medium, 50 mL

Cell Freezing Medium is a complete, ready-to-use freezing medium for cryopreservation of a wide variety of mammalian cells, such as CHO-S, CHO-K1, HEK 293, Jurkat, and NIH 3T3. It is formulated with high-glucose Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) supplemented with optimized levels of fetal bovine serum, bovine serum and DMSO (10%) to provide improved cell recovery and viability after thawing. The quality of each lot is tested using CHO-K1 cells for pH, osmolality, sterility, and endotoxin.
