Western Blot Stripping Buffer Plus provides a robust but gentle method for removing primary and secondary antibodies from chemiluminescent Western Blots. It allows for membrane reprobing, saving time and costs when samples are limited, when the same sample requires analysis by different antibodies, or when optimization is required. Unlike traditional methods that may damage proteins or only work for low affinity interactions, Western Blot Stripping Buffer Plus can be used to quickly and effectively strip most high affinity antigen antibody interactions. Western Blot Stripping Buffer Plus can be used with both nitrocellulose and PVDF probed membranes.
