Tris-Glycine SDS Sample Buffer (2X) is used for denaturing gel electrophoresis with Tris-Glycine gels. Prepares protein samples at pH 6.8 with bromophenol blue tracking dye.
Usage: Heat 1X diluted samples (reduced/non-reduced) at 85°C for 2–5 min; avoid 100°C to prevent proteolysis.
