If you can’t sign in, click “Having trouble signing in?” on the sign in page to retrieve your username or reset your password. If you're still unable to recover your account, we recommend registering a new one.

 

After registration, if you would like to activate your account for online ordering, please complete your organization details:

 

Click "Yes, link to my institution" when prompted.

 

Or follow the instructions in the shopping cart interface.

 

A support representative will contact you within 2 business days. After approval, you will receive an activation confirmation email from cssh@thermofisher.com. Once activated, your account will allow: Online ordering, Viewing your account-specific pricing and additional account features.

 

NOTE: 

  1. For university users, in the Department/Lab field during registration, please enter your principal investigator's name.
  2. If you already have a full account but still can't order, please contact us at cssh@thermofisher.com or call our customer service hotline at 4008208982 ext. 5

  2. Follow the email instructions to reset your password
  3. If the issue persists, try clearing your browser’s cache and history, then restart your browser and try again

  1. Log in and click "Account" in the top right
  2. Go to Personal Info → Notification Preferences
  3. Update or add your email address

If you have multiple accounts, you can switch between them at the top of the cart interface

 

Alternatively, edit or add new shipping addresses on the right side of the page

  1. Locate the desired product
  2. Enter the quantity next to the catalog number
  3. Click "Add to Cart"

On the Quick Order page, you can also:

 

Manually input catalog numbers

 

Upload items in bulk

 

Use the copy and paste function

Your cart is automatically saved when items are added

 

Access saved carts via Account → My Account → Saved Carts

 

You can also transfer saved carts to other users linked to the same organization through FisherBioreagents.com

You can manage and switch between multiple saved carts to apply different promo codes or handle separate orders. Just enter the cart page and select your saved cart.

To set default recipient and phone number for shipping:

  1. After signing in, go to "my Profile" page.
  2. In the Shipping & Billing Address section, click “Edit”.
  3. Select the account you'd like to set as default.
  4. Enter the recipient name and mobile number.
  5. Click “Update” to save.

After proceeding to checkout, on the Shipping, Billing and Payment information page, click “edit” next to the shipping or invoice address.

 

You can then switch to an existing address or add a new one.

1. Review your shopping cart:

Confirm the listed items are correct.

Add more products if needed.

Once confirmed, click “Proceed to checkout”

Tip: If someone else needs to place the final order, click “Transfer control of Cart” to send the cart to your purchasing contact.

 

2. Enter your internal purchase order (PO) number:

Input your company’s internal PO number, if available.

If not, you may leave this field blank.

 

3. Add special instructions (if any):

Use the Special instructions field on the checkout page to describe any special handling or processing needs.

Our support team will review your request within 48 hours.

Please only use this field for essential instructions to avoid shipment delays caused by unnecessary notes.

 

4. Verify recipient and phone number under both Shipping Information and Billing Information sections.

On the checkout page, use the Special instructions to leave specific requirements or delivery instructions.

  1. Click “Order Status and Tracking” in the top left menu.
  2. Enter your Sales order number to view details, including logistics and shipment status.

  1. Check the reason for the pending status.
  2. If the issue is account-related, contact your sales representative or email cssh@thermofisher.com.
  3. If you left special instructions in the order, please wait while our team processes your request.

After signing in:

  1. Click “My Account” in the top right.
  2. Navigate to “Check Order Status” to view your order history.

Currently, we do not support real-time online payments.

 

All online orders are processed via business-to-business (B2B) invoicing.

 

To check your account’s payment options, contact your sales rep or reach out to cssh@thermofisher.com.

  1. After product delivery, our finance team will mail physical copies of the invoice and account statement.
  2. To download digital copies:

 

Sign in and go to “Account”

 

Click “Order Management → AR Statement & Invoice Inquiry” to access digital copies.

To update invoice details (e.g., company name or tax info), please email cssh@thermofisher.com with your requested changes.

You can retrieve a digital delivery note as follows:

  1. Go to the Order Status and Tracking page
  2. Enter your Sales Order Number
  3. Click on the shipping status to view detailed tracking information

You can locate products using two main methods:

 

1. Browse by Category

Navigate through product categories on the homepage to explore items based on application or type.

 

2. Search by Name or Catalog Number

Use the search bar at the top of the site.

Enter a product name or catalog number to quickly find what you need.

Open the product detail page.

 

Click the “Documents” tab on the product page.

 

To find a COA (Certificate of Analysis), enter the lot number in the search field.

 

Alternatively, click “Request COA” at the bottom of the page if you cannot find it directly.

If you need to obtain an SDS for a product, you can contact us through the following channels:
